Latest News

On May 23, the Namma Metro Purple Line faced a short service disruption due to a technical issue near the Whitefield (Kadugodi) station, as shared by BMRCL. Metro trains could not run from Whitefield starting at 5:00 a.m., and services were limited between Hope Farm Channasandra and Challaghatta. The Green Line ran normally without any issues.

By 9:55 a.m., the problem was fixed, and full services on the Purple Line were restored, including trains to and from Whitefield (Kadugodi). Officials attribute the incident to a power failure.
